Draft #1 of my new manuscript is complete!

I just finished the first draft of my new novel! Set in a Nordic-inspired world, it is an upmarket romantic fantasy with a dystopian bent :) The first draft is 119k words, but I'm hoping to get it down to about 115k. Stay tuned for updates! I'm really excited about this one....

P.S. I finished on the day the story ends, too (May 30). How serendipitous is that?!

Wishmaker is a finalist for the Colorado Gold Rush Literary Award!!!

This is a little late (I found out in July), but Wishmaker is one of three finalists in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Speculative/Horror category for the Colorado Gold Rush Literary Award! The award is sponsored by Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers and is awarded for unpublished novels in various categories. Finalists are being judged by literary agent Jessica Berg, founder of Rosecliff Literary. The winner will be announced at the Colorado Gold Writers Conference (which I will be attending) on Sept. 27. Wishmaker will be removed from streaming platforms

I have decided to remove Wishmaker (Parts 1 and 2) from all streaming platforms. I had initially made it just to help family and friends listen, but then decided to distribute it more widely. Honestly, the recording quality was just not up to snuff, and I have since made some major changes to the book, so I didn't want an outdated version of the story out there anymore.

If you purchased Wishmaker, you will still have access. However, if you were listening on a subscription streaming platform like Spotify, it will no longer be available once the takedown process is complete.

If you are in the midst of listening and are dying to know what happens, please reach out and I can figure out how to distribute it on a case-by-case basis. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this audiobook/writing venture!
